The most common forms of elbow pain that you’re probably familiar with are tennis elbow (also known as lateral epicondylitis) and golfer’s elbow (also known as medial epicondylitis.) I use a variety of equipment and strategies to address these conditions, as well as others that occur in and around the elbow.

Additionally, I might break up some of the scar adhesions if that’s warranted. This can provide fast relief, without much pain or discomfort during treatment.

If appropriate, we might use ergonomic training, helping you retrain certain movement patterns to alleviate or even eliminate pain in your elbows.
