Suffering From Shoulder Pain?

You might have a frozen shoulder, a rotator cuff tear, impingement syndrome, or some pain from bursitis in your shoulder.

There’s a lot that can go wrong with your shoulder. Our shoulder is really an amazing joint. It is so flexible, it moves in all planes forward and back, out to the side, rotationally. It’s the most mobile joint in our body.

The challenge in being the most mobile joint in the body is that it’s also the least stable, and very prone to injury.

In addition to being a ball and socket joint, your scapula is moving up and down on your rib basket. I look at all these things when I work with people’s shoulders. I look at the tone of their rib cage and how that supports their scapula. I look at how the scapula moves in relation to the rest of the joint.

We tailor exercises and manual therapy massage to get in and release some of the problem areas of shoulders. Shoulders can take a long time to heal, but I’m often impressed at how in just a few short sessions, people can make some real gains in their range of motion or their pain related to their shoulder.

If you’re experiencing shoulder pain like this, or even something completely different, please don’t hesitate to reach out. The sooner I hear from you, the sooner I can help you find relief.
